1. Overview
Navodita Ventures follows a transparent and fair refund policy for service engagements.
2. Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
3. Refund Terms
No refunds once the project has started.
If the client cancels before work begins ( before we collect the requirement of the project ), the advance may be refunded after deducting admin/consultation charges (if any).
Refund shall be initiated by the same mode of payment how the payment was made.
Refund shall be processed within 48 hours.
4. Project Cancellation
If the client decides to discontinue after work has begun:
No refund will be issued
Client must pay for completed work if beyond advance amount (rare cases)
5. Delivery Issues
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind
Delayed feedback causing timeline extensions
External business outcomes (sales/marketing impact)
