Refund Policy

1. Overview

Navodita Ventures follows a transparent and fair refund policy for service engagements.

2. Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to start any project.

3. Refund Terms

  • No refunds once the project has started.

  • If the client cancels before work begins ( before we collect the requirement of the project ), the advance may be refunded after deducting admin/consultation charges (if any).

  • Refund shall be initiated by the same mode of payment how the payment was made.

  • Refund shall be processed within 48 hours.

4. Project Cancellation

If the client decides to discontinue after work has begun:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Client must pay for completed work if beyond advance amount (rare cases)

5. Delivery Issues

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed feedback causing timeline extensions

  • External business outcomes (sales/marketing impact)
