2. Services Provided

We offer the following creative and digital services:

• Branding & Identity Design

• Print & Packaging Design

• Digital & Social Media Design

• Marketing Collateral Design

• UI/UX & Web Development

We operate and deliver services only within India.

3. Project Engagement & Payments

• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.

• The remaining payment is due before final delivery of files.

• Payments are processed securely via Zaakpay or bank transfer.

• Work starts only after advance payment confirmation.

  
  

4. Ownership & Deliverables

• Upon full payment, final deliverables agreed in the project scope become the client’s property.

• Preliminary drafts, working files, and raw project assets remain the intellectual property of Navodita Ventures unless explicitly agreed.

  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Supply necessary content and brand assets on time

• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

• Delays in client feedback may extend project timelines.

  
  

6. Revisions

Each project includes revisions as per the agreed proposal. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

7. Portfolio Use

We may showcase completed client work on our website and marketing channels only after client consent.

8. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee business results (sales, conversions, traffic growth, etc.) from design or digital services.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses due to inaccurate information provided by the client

• Delay due to technical issues or force majeure events

• Third-party service disruptions (hosting, payment gateways, etc.)
  
  

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

• Payments are not made

• Client engages in unethical or abusive behavior

Work completed until termination will be billed and payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under Bengaluru jurisdiction.
